1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using SoundMesh, or by browsing soundmesh.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use SoundMesh.
2. The Service
SoundMesh is a macOS application that routes and processes audio from multiple connected microphones and exposes a single "SoundMesh Virtual Mic" to other applications on your Mac. SoundMesh is sold as a one-time-purchase license (currently $99) rather than a subscription, as described on our Pricing page at the time of your purchase.
3. License Grant & Restrictions
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, SoundMesh grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SoundMesh on Mac computers that you own or control, for as many devices as your license permits at the time of purchase.
You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, rent, or lease SoundMesh or your license key; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble SoundMesh except to the extent applicable law expressly permits; (c) remove or alter proprietary notices; or (d) use SoundMesh to violate applicable law, including laws governing audio recording and consent.
4. Free Trial, Pricing & Payment
3-day free trial. Starting a trial requires a valid payment method. You get full access to SoundMesh at no charge for 3 days. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged $99 one time for lifetime access. SoundMesh is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and you will not be billed again after that single charge.
You can cancel anytime before your trial ends and you will not be charged anything. To cancel, use the billing management link included in your trial confirmation, or email support@soundmesh.pro and we'll cancel it for you.
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change; the price you pay is the price in effect when your trial started. Stripe processes payments. We do not store your full card number. You are responsible for applicable taxes, except taxes on our net income.
5. Refund Policy
Because you have a full 3-day free trial to evaluate SoundMesh before anything is charged, we don't offer refunds by default once the $99 charge has gone through. If something went wrong—you meant to cancel and didn't get to it in time, or had a technical issue—email support@soundmesh.pro within 7 days of being charged and we'll take care of you.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a SoundMesh license. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SoundMesh for an unlawful purpose; attempt unauthorized access to our systems or another user's license; interfere with SoundMesh's integrity or performance; or intercept or record communications without the consent required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
SoundMesh, the SoundMesh names and logos, and all related software, designs, and content are owned by SoundMesh or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant rights to our trademarks or branding.
9. Third-Party Components
SoundMesh installs a virtual audio driver on your Mac to expose the "SoundMesh Virtual Mic" to other applications. The installation is previewed, requires your confirmation, and can be uninstalled. SoundMesh may also rely on macOS system frameworks and third-party libraries governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
SoundMesh is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every microphone, audio interface, or macOS version.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundMesh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of SoundMesh or this website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for your SoundMesh license in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SoundMesh harmless from claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of SoundMesh or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure that breach within a reasonable time after notice. You may stop using SoundMesh and request account/data deletion at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different jurisdiction is required by consumer-protection law where you live. Quntm Technology Group LLC's principal place of business is Concord, North Carolina.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use SoundMesh or the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
